I’ll fool them all with whole grains and veggies
and exercise my whole life through.

Cholesterol is one essential nutrient,
it helps my body do the things it needs to do.
But, if there’s too much in my body
in my arteries it sticks like glue!

Verse 2

Now fat supplies concentrated calories
and, it’s true, we need fat, too.
But, keep in mind the rule is moderation –
with nine calories a gram, just a little will do!
